2. Services

We provide plumbing and drainage repair services across the UK. Services include but are not limited to diagnostics, emergency repairs, maintenance, and replacement of domestic or commercial plumbing and drainage systems.

We are currently unable to offer diagnosis, repairs, maintenance and/or replacement of gas-powered or contained systems. Such systems include, but are not limited to, Gas/Combi Boilers, Stoves/Ovens and Home Heating Systems.

3. Booking & Quotations

When you contact us, we will provide:

  • A guaranteed callout fee, which is payable regardless of whether any work is undertaken.
  • An initial estimate for repairs based on the fault description you provide.

Final pricing is subject to site inspection. Should the scope of work change once the engineer is on-site, you will be informed before any additional charges are incurred. You remain under no obligation to accept any quote offered by us.

4. Payments

All charges, including the callout fee and any agreed repair costs, are payable at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via credit/debit card. Failure to pay may result in legal recovery action.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your booking at any time before the engineer arrives on-site. A cancellation fee may apply if cancellation is made less than 2 hours before the scheduled visit and is capped at the full callout fee. Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our refund policy, which complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Access and Safety

You must ensure safe and unobstructed access to the premises where services are to be provided. You are responsible for securing any necessary permissions or permits required for us to perform the work.

7. Warranties and Liability

We provide workmanship guarantees on completed repairs for a specified period (typically 6 or 12 months unless stated otherwise). This guarantee does not apply to pre-existing issues, misuse, or damage caused by third parties.

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of earnings, business interruption, or damage caused by customer negligence or misinformation.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations in a timely manner if such delay or failure is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, labour disputes, governmental actions, or failure of suppliers.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Nexus Repair UK Ltd and protected by UK intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce this content without our written permission of the company director.

10. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data you provide is accurate.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
